Turning Complex Problems Into Clear Solutions

The challenge was to create a stronger customer-facing digital experience while also improving internal processes. Dukathole needed a Shopify store that could handle the realities of their business, including custom shipping requirements, product presentation and a smoother buying journey. At the same time, internal sales processes still required significant manual effort, especially around quoting.

To solve this, SunPro Media designed and built the Shopify website, implemented custom shipping calculator logic, set up HubSpot for marketing emails, and developed a custom LLM-powered AI quoting tool to help staff generate quotes far more efficiently. This AI system was supported by a custom dashboard and included shipping logic, override options and workflow support for sales teams.

Beyond the website and AI system, the work also extended into SEO, automations, social marketing and brand collateral such as business cards, billboards and other supporting assets — creating a more connected and scalable digital foundation for the business.
